I’ve been calling for industry-led best practices and self-regulation. Calling all crypto lawyers and reg experts to tell me why this is a bad idea…or legitimately the best path forward SRO seems like a way to get ahead of the most important issues: fair disclosures and consumer protection to promote market integrity
