People ask me all the time if being in SF and talking to the employees at the big labs gives you an edge in trading this market. My answer has always been absolutely not. In fact, it’s mostly the opposite. Most people at big labs are completely clueless when it comes to anything other than their research and have absolutely no idea what a change in model architecture means downstream for anything. Ofc, if you want to just insider trade neocloud deals and partnerships then ofc ignore this.
