Regular Rubin is 2 dies - 288 GB HBM4 Rubin ultra was supposed to be 4 dies, but rumor is it got despecced to 2+2 config with 2 packages of 2 dies connected over PCB. If the rumor is 192 GB it most likely means per package but still puts the total for the unit @ 2 x 192 = 384 GB. So still probably a big perf increase over normal Rubin but curious as to why they would make the decision.
