I made like two angel investments in my entire life and they both 5x’d in less than 6 months. I think people anchor too much on valuation and underestimate how much easier it is for a company to 10x when they are already worth a billion dollars or a million dollars. It’s the stuff in the middle that I think is probably the worst deal. Going from 100M to 1B is wayyyy harder.
