I am looking for a flex / R&D space in the Bay Area for a hardware lab + host a few AI servers. I need dedicated 208V power (3-phase 30–60A ideal, or multiple 208V/30A circuits), ~15–20 kW capacity, dedicated cooling, and 24/7 access.
