Cybersecurity remains a prime beneficiary of AI expansion, making CrowdStrike (CRWD) an attractive trade as rising cyber threats accelerate enterprise defense spending. Meta Platforms (META) is well-positioned for sustained AI upside with its new assistant Muse, leveraging its massive infrastructure and in-house compute scale to outcompete venture-backed startups. Value-oriented investors should view Adobe (ADBE) as a reliable cash-flow asset at a sub-10x multiple, with expectations for the stock to trade steadily in the $100 billion to $130 billion valuation range over the next three years. In private markets, European sovereign champion Mistral AI offers high-conviction growth backed by ASML and Samsung, pacing toward $1 billion in revenue. Conversely, investors should exercise caution and avoid decelerating legacy SaaS unicorns, which face severe valuation write-downs and compressed buyout multiples below 3x revenue.
