Base has introduced a new native token standard called B20, featuring built-in compliance tools, token controls, and cheaper transfers.

Within its official interactive demo, Base uses a fictional stablecoin named Acme Dollar with the ticker aUSD.

The aUSD token has since been launched as a memecoin through O1 Exchange and paired directly with USDC.
