i would be paying a lot of attention to this guy where cashflows exists, u should be incorporating that into ur analysis there are some things on RH which are underpriced and there are about a billion things which have become insanely overpriced like i see stuff that’s trading at like 20-30x+ revenue multiples where annualised cashflows are less than $500k with no real product moat not saying there’s not a trade there, but i think lots of people will get burnt in future, if u haven’t done this basic level of analysis on ur bags u should
