Quick Insights
  • Perp’s Hood is the speaker’s highest-conviction speculative pick, cited at roughly $354,000 market cap; monitor whether the team delivers its redesign and attracts successful launches before committing.
  • Treat Aisle (name and ticker uncertain; roughly $244,000 market cap) as a higher-risk, short-term trade: verify marketplace traction, team credibility, and the unresolved subscription-sharing terms-of-service concern.
  • For low-cap tokens, invest only what you can afford to lose, monitor positions actively, cut losers quickly, and consider taking out your initial investment after a 2–3x gain; these are not passive holdings.
Detailed Analysis

Low-cap altcoins and “the trenches”

  • The speaker estimates that 90% of low-cap altcoin projects are low-effort or short-lived, often launched with little more than a website, token, and marketing.
  • He describes trading these tokens as a fast-moving, rotational game—not passive, long-term investing. Prices may rise sharply, but many projects fade within days or months.
  • The speaker says traders often look for the next major winner, citing Ponds (name as transcribed; ticker not stated), which reportedly rose from launch to around $650 million in market cap and at one point generated substantial revenue.
  • He says even influential traders have many losing trades. In his example, a few large winners accounted for much of one trader’s gains, while many other positions lost money.
  • Takeaways
    • Treat low-cap tokens as highly speculative and be prepared to lose the amount invested.
    • The speaker’s approach is to hold low-conviction trades loosely, cut losing positions quickly, and take out the initial investment if a position doubles or triples. This is his personal strategy, not a guarantee of results.
    • He cautions that these trades require active monitoring and that convictions can change quickly. He says they are not comparable to longer-term holdings such as AKT or TAO.

Perp’s Hood

  • The speaker’s highest-conviction pick is Perp’s Hood. He says its developer is an identifiable, experienced builder who participates in hackathons, and that the project has a team continuing to develop it.
  • At the time of the episode, he cites a market cap of about $354,000.
  • He says the project is preparing a redesigned website and additional token-launch features. One concept would let users launch tokens backed by a basket of assets, rather than a single asset.
  • His thesis is that continued development and successful launches on the platform could bring new attention and support a higher valuation. He says he has been adding to his position.
  • Takeaways
    • The speaker’s bullish case depends on the team continuing to deliver and the platform attracting successful launches; monitor those developments rather than relying on the low market cap alone.
    • This remains a speculative low-cap token, and the speaker explicitly says he may sell and that his view could change quickly.

Aisle (name and ticker uncertain)

  • The speaker says he is unsure how to pronounce the project’s name; Aisle is used here as a phonetic rendering. No ticker is provided.
  • At the time of the episode, he cites a market cap of about $244,000 and says he has been buying more.
  • The project’s concept is to let users rent or share access to unused AI-model usage, including access to premium models. The speaker compares it to an “Airbnb” for AI usage.
  • He says the team continued building for several weeks, but he has less confidence in its credentials than in Perp’s Hood.
  • The speaker raises a possible terms-of-service concern around sharing subscriptions. He says the team did not view it as an issue and described similar practices as common in parts of Asia.
  • Takeaways
    • The investment case is based on the project gaining traction with its AI-usage marketplace. The speaker views the idea as more compelling than Orbeo’s initial concept, but that is his opinion.
    • The speaker’s uncertainty about the team and the unresolved terms-of-service question are important points to investigate. He also stresses that this is a short-term, speculative trade, not a long-term holding.

Orbeo

  • The speaker cites Orbeo as an AI-related token that reached about $116 million in market cap.
  • He describes its initial concept as using trading fees to subsidize the cost of large-language-model credits. He considers that idea relatively weak, while noting that the project later expanded its efforts.
  • He uses Orbeo’s rise as a comparison for the potential of smaller AI-themed projects, not as a specific buy recommendation.
  • Takeaways
    • The example illustrates how far speculative interest can carry a token, but the speaker’s comparison does not establish that another project will follow the same path.
    • Consider the underlying business model and ongoing development, not just a prior token’s market-cap performance.

NVIDIA (NVDA)

  • NVIDIA is mentioned as an example of an asset that could be included in a basket backing a token launched through Perp’s Hood.
  • The speaker also refers to tokens paired with NVIDIA, including Super Eno, as examples of a trend he considers “dumb,” despite noting that the market has responded to it.
  • Takeaways
    • The transcript does not make a direct recommendation to buy or sell NVIDIA stock.
    • NVIDIA is discussed as a possible component of a token-backing mechanism and as part of a crypto-market narrative.

Micron (MU)

  • Micron is mentioned as another possible asset in a hypothetical basket backing a token launched through Perp’s Hood.
  • Takeaways
    • The transcript does not provide a direct investment thesis, price target, or recommendation for Micron stock.

TAO

  • The speaker describes TAO as one of his favorite “blue chip” crypto tokens and contrasts it with the low-cap trades discussed in the episode.
  • He says he is more comfortable holding TAO for years than holding the featured trench tokens.
  • Takeaways
    • TAO is presented as a longer-term holding in the speaker’s personal framework, but the transcript gives no specific valuation, target, or entry recommendation.

AKT

  • The speaker cites AKT as a larger token that returned more than 20x, and says he is more comfortable holding it for years than the low-cap tokens featured in the episode.
  • Takeaways
    • The past return is the speaker’s example, not a forecast. The transcript does not provide a current price target or fresh recommendation for AKT.

Other tokens cited as past performance

  • The speaker cites these as examples from his claimed trading history:
    • AVO: market cap reportedly rose from $600,000 to $27 million.
    • RSC: reportedly gained 11x.
    • Pendle: reportedly gained 10x.
    • Goon: the speaker says he turned $3,000 into $3 million, describing it as a 500x-plus return.
  • He also cites BatPack as a trade on which another trader reportedly made $1.2 million.
  • Takeaways
    • These are retrospective examples and do not establish that the speaker or other traders can reliably identify future winners.
    • The speaker acknowledges that his own weakness is failing to take profits and “round-tripping” gains, underscoring the importance of having an exit plan for highly volatile tokens.

Agency

  • The speaker describes Agency as a Solana launchpad for autonomous coins, with a market cap that reportedly reached about $30 million after starting much smaller.
  • He says influencers may be able to draw attention to tokens by buying and discussing them, but adds that most tokens they buy still lose. He warns that attention can move on quickly.
  • Takeaways
    • The episode presents Agency as an example of a successful short-term runner, not a long-term investment recommendation.
    • The speaker’s comments point to influencer-driven attention and fading momentum as reasons these trades can reverse quickly.

Other speculative tokens and narratives

  • The speaker discusses an unnamed AI-influencer token on FOMO, citing a rise from roughly $75,000 to $6 million in market cap. He says he had not researched the project and speculates it could be short-lived.
  • He also mentions Super Eno and an AI token paired with NVIDIA as examples of tokens that gained attention through asset-pairing narratives.
  • Takeaways
    • The speaker presents these as examples of how branding, a timely narrative, and early attention can drive a token upward—not as verified long-term investment cases.
    • He cautions that projects may have little behind them and that even tokens that attract buyers can lose momentum or fail.

Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL)

  • Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana are mentioned as comparisons for the idea of searching for the “next” major asset. The speaker says trench traders apply the same kind of search for the next big winner, but on a much faster and more speculative timeline.
  • Takeaways
    • These assets are comparisons in the discussion; the transcript does not provide a specific recommendation or outlook for them.

Video Description
90% of low cap altcoins are vibecoded, fake, or built to dump on you. But a few still go 100x, and right now I've found two I'm betting on. Most small cap crypto projects in the trenches are built in a weekend. No real team, no real product, and the people shilling them plan to sell within days. In this video I break down how the trenches really work, why trading low caps is more like poker than investing, and the rules I use to take profit instead of round tripping my gains. Then I share the only two low cap altcoins I have real conviction in right now: one with a hackathon-winning team the market threw away too early, and one strong narrative play that hasn't had its real run yet. Keep in mind this is just my personal take and what i'm doing with my personal money, not investment advice. ------------- Fomo Links (might be affiliate i'm not sure how that works) : PERPSHOOD: https://fomo.family/tokens/robinhood/0x7ba36be14dd06ba492f08be6c1b2979c1d0b652c AILE: https://fomo.family/tokens/solana/8d3bQS9vNy3BfqK9dX95JRoaTbWoiuL2hzmSFLDopump ----------- THE OBSIDIAN COUNCIL PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP 📝 The Obsidian Council Premium Membership Is CLOSED ❌ Join The Waitlist: https://theobsidiancouncil.myflodesk.com/waitlist --------------------- SUBSCRIBE: Subscribe: https://www.youtube.com/c/jesseeckel2?sub_confirmation=1 OTHER PLACES I'M AT: 🐦 X: https://twitter.com/Jesseeckel -------- *IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: None of this is meant to be taken as any form of investment advice, it's just me sharing my journey to a million and taking about what I'm up to and the strategies and tactics I'm using to try to get there. I am almost always talking about tokens that I myself own and obviously have a bias toward seeing them appreciate in value. Do your own research always! I'm a normal guy who makes mistakes and has made plenty so far during this journey. So choosing to blindly copy what I'm doing isn't going to lead you to just making a ton of money. I've had investments where I've lost EVERYTHING. I don't just say do your own research as a legal covering but because you really need to do your own research and make your own call. If you don't understand what you're investing in you can lose A LOT of money! Especially in crypto which is super super risky. A lot of the projects I like to jump in are really small crypto projects which make them even more insane risky. Past performance doesn't mean the project will do the same thing in the future, no one can predict the future and what will happen next. I'm pretty passionate about this, I am by no means a professional investor. I'm on my journey to a million dollars, I don't even have the experience to have made a million dollars. All this is to share my journey because I believe there is value in watching me both succeed and fail. It's my story I'm sharing with all of you, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH and don't just blindly copy me😄 Also all of this info might be accurate at the time of me recording and posting but in the future things could change. Especially in crypto things change fast, so just be aware of that. Thanks! I hold investments in the tokens I'm talking about unless I otherwise state I don't. Best just to assume that if I'm talking about it, I own it. My Disclosures: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1dyCYz1Cuw4Dte4DybGl1QJrbjRFEUAI9kCGb2FxjYOU/edit?tab=t.0 #Crypto #robinhoodchain
