the best builders usually don't rush to deploy their project on a new chain, they take the time to assess its potential first we only had shitcoins and launchpads during the first days of robinhood so could also be the case here and then after a while more serious projects/devs bridging in nobody can be sure how things will play out -> up only at mainnet? -> disappointment before momentum few weeks later? -> farm and move on like arc/stable? will see!
