Hyperliquid is advancing decentralization with HIP-3, enabling builder-deployed perpetuals currently on testnet. This feature allows permissionless deployments, with gas paid in HYPE via a Dutch auction every 31 hours, and deployers can earn up to a 50% fee share. This could significantly expand the Hyperliquid ecosystem and utility for the HYPE token.
